Returns & Exchanges

Our policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Sealed products only

For the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns on any product whose box seal has been opened or tampered with. This is a strict safety measure to protect against product tampering and to ensure the integrity of every Eternal fragrance we deliver. If the box seal is broken, the product cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened and sealed items

Unopened, sealed items with the original box seal fully intact may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
